Oh gosh...last month was a bad time for us all, we had to submit 7 incident reports, and this is the first time we have ever write-up 7 IRs in a month. The cases were so bad that the customer made an official complaint to our business manager.
I really don't know what's happening, Ops issues, systems issues, etc. All these issues are driving me crazy! I'm really tired, very tired, I can't even sleep and eat proper. Can I get out of this trap hole? Someone save me please...
Hey, remember the Indonesian lady doctor I mentioned ("Gal like that is nice") in my blog 4 months back? I saw her at the clinic again today, she looks and dresses differently.
