I know what happened to be my PC. It was because of the Windows Automatic Update, every time I started up the Internet connection, it was trying to connect to Microsoft's updates to look for fixes and patches.
Once, it got connected and it came out with 21 patches to patch, so l let it continue to download the patches and install on my PC. After that, I did a reboot, wah la, it is now back to normal!
So, folks, next time you find that your PC is slowing down, do check your Automatic Updates.
