Remember the team member I was talking about in my previous blog entry? Well, he's still surviving, doing System stuff and some Database things. I do see some improvements in his work, and he's still working very harding to learn and pick-up new knowledge, then put them into real life work. In general, I believe he can do System support.
I have given him some requests to do, scripting stuffs, good for him. I do help him along, giving him some pointers and tips, but, hey, I do find things that he knows, well, no harm learning for each other, right?
