
Software issues, license key issues, this company that I have been working with, their tech support was really not so good. I guess they have been 'eating' too many other small companies, grow too big an organisation, services getting from bad worst, and charges more expensive.
The Job scheduling problem really puzzled me, the whole system has been running fine for so many years, should be pretty stable now, yet have never seen such many issues surface in just one week . What I can do now is wait for their TS to response, and they are really slow....*sigh*.
